•⁠  ⁠Non-refundable once payment is made. If you are unable to attend the session booked, you can change the time slot 48 hours before your time slot (subjected to availability).

Note: You can only make the change of time slot once.

•⁠  ⁠Any damage to the property and equipment will have penalties and fines.

•⁠  ⁠Clan member who booked the session must be present throughout the entire session.

•⁠  ⁠Please be punctual for the session as no over-run of timing is allowed due to the time needed for general area cleaning and turnover.

•⁠  ⁠The in-charge reserves the right to terminate the session immediately if the rules are not complied with.

•⁠  ⁠To ensure that all equipment is in working condition before the start of the session and sign in before the start of the session. Please report any issues/defects prior to the session promptly. Otherwise, the member who booked may be held responsible if any defects were reported by the subsequent session.

•⁠  ⁠Members will have to be responsible for the behavior and actions for all users whom he/she invited to the session.

•⁠  ⁠Members will also have to be responsible for the cleaning fee (if any) for spillages of drinks etc.

•⁠  ⁠Please do a proper handover of the premises and equipment to the secretary and sign off after the end of each session.
